The new vellum comes in a 12 x 12" pad, and includes 12 x 12" , 6 x 6" and 3 x 4" sizes, just like the Wallflower Paper Stash.
Love the round world and clock shapes that fit right into the square pockets.
Tiny flashcards are a favorite to add in,
as well as small pieces that slip into the pockets.
You can also cut up the 12 x 12" sized sheets to create your own pages. Perfect for a vintage look.
Love the way it looks over pictures, giving you just a hint of what is underneath.
I also cut a 6 x 8" piece from the vellum pad and folded it in half (6 x 4") to make a pocket for a #8 tag. Then stitched around it with my sewing machine. The vellum is sturdy enough stand up to the stitching without ripping as well as the tag being pulled in and out of the pocket.

ReplyDeleteThe wallpaper stash paper is a favorite of mine also. Haven't used vellum in a long time, always loved the look and effect you could get with it. Love the pocket you made with it, reminds me of glassine bags which I always have a fondness for. Leave it to Tim and you to give vellum a fresh new look and more ways to use it. Can't wait to see what the other designers create with it.
