Decorating Gypsy style

Hi Gypsy Girl Blog fans! Sande Krieger here. While Paula is down where the world is enjoying springtime I am looking out my window and seeing gorgeous yellow & red leaves fluttering by in the wind. My studio is painted Jack-O-Lantern orange. I enjoy the energy that comes from working inside a pumpkin-colored room but I admit that I'm ready for a change in my studio - maybe an entire color change. For now, I started by redoing one wall in a collage of printer drawers and frames that are all screwed or glued together - courtesy of Miss Paula & her handy husband, Jay. It hangs on the wall above an antique dentist desk. It's filled with pictures, ephemera & doo-dads.
The scissors, rooster & tailor cards are ones I picked up at the Paris flea market. The little girl on the horse is the earliest photo that I have of myself.
The "GO" letters are from menu boards. They are made out of ceramic. Love this particular font.
I have picked up little watch vials and vintage red cross buttons off of various Etsy sites. They are perfect for filling those little spaces.
This flag is a hand sew quilted piece that Allison Kimball made me for my birthday one year.
